Required Documents

  • Proof of homestead exemption 
    (to confirm owner-occupancy)
  • Property tax records 
    (to verify insured value and ownership)
  • Homestead exemption documentation 
  • Photo ID

Eligibility Criteria

  • A site-built, single-family residence or townhouse (may be requested for identity verification)
  • Owner-occupied 
  • Insured for $700,000 or less (as of July 1, 2025)
