The My Safe Florida Home Program team is always striving to enhance and support the customer experience, and a key component of this experience occurs through customer interaction with the Program portal.

Here are some handy tips to keep in mind to help improve your portal experience:

  • Homeowners interested in participating in the Program MUST create an account in the portal.
  • For accessing the portal we recommend using a computer rather than a phone for the best experience and the Chrome browser, although other browsers should also work.
  • If you need technical assistance such as resetting a password or if your account is locked, you should contact Neighborly Technical Support to address your needs.
  • All Grantees MUST confirm their contractor of choice AND submit their request for Final Inspection through the portal.
  • Completing your Final Inspection is critical to the reimbursement process.
  • Load and submit your reimbursement documents at one time.
  • The MSFH Portal is always your best source for current information on the status of your account and action items to be completed.
  • Please see MSFH Portal Terms for the latest information on the terms you will see while accessing your account.
